Description

UNICEF Türkiye Country Office invites your company to submit an offer for the attached Invitation to Bid. Please see attached the tender document and annexes for the subject tender.

Proposals must be received by latest 17 November 2025, Monday,14:00hrs(Ankara Time). Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

FOR SENDING PROPOSALS:

Bidders are requested to send electronic copy of their proposals by email both in Excel and PDF format, as signed and stamped with date, to (turkeyprocurement@unicef.org) with the following tender reference in their email subjects:

Important Notes:

*Please note that this tender is only open for the local suppliers/companies which are legally registered with the Government of Türkiye.

*All prices must be quoted in USD excluding VAT (Value Added Tax), and must be valid at least for 120 days from the closing date of the bid to cover the bid evaluation period.

*The price quotations should have at most 2 digits after decimal point.

* The bidders are expected to submit their price offers for ALL ITEMS in the price proposal template Annex-C in the framework of this tender.  Incomplete or partial offers will be disqualified.

*Price proposal (Annex C) and mandatory checklist (Annex D) will be submitted both in Excel format and PDF format, as signed and stamped with date. All pages of those annexes (price proposals, mandatory checklist) should be signed by the authorized representative of the bidder.

*Bid form in the ITB document (pages 3,4,5) shall be filled in, duly signed and stamped with date, and sent with the proposals.

*Please note that incomplete or partial offers will be disqualified.

*All bidders are requested to fill in the checklist for bidders (Annex-D). All bidders are requested to provide full documentation requested in the checklist for bidders Annex-D with their proposals. The submission of the documents in Annex-D is essential to assess the validity of the proposals. Bidders may be disqualified in case of any missing document addressed in Annex-D.

For acknowledgement receipt of this email and its attachments with the tender document, bidders are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible by EMAIL to Supply Unit at turkeyprocurement@unicef.org.

All requests for formal clarification or queries on this tender must be submitted in writing to Supply Unit by email at turkeyprocurement@unicef.org latest until 12 November 2025,17:00hrs(Ankara time).

A pre-bid conference will be held online on 5 November 2025, 11:00hrs. (Ankara time).
