New amendment added #2: Dear Bidders, Kindly note that the ITB deadline has been extended to Monday, 3rd November 2025, at 11:00 UTC to give you additional time to complete your bidding.and the payment terms are: The payment of 70% of the cost of the equipment and freight shall be made upon receipt of the Goods as per applicable INCOTERMS (DAP at the Hub Centre in Casablanca) and successful completion of a Detailed Goods Inspection by UNOPS. This inspection shall verify the quantity, physical condition, and basic conformity of the delivered goods against contract specifications and documentation (e.g., packing lists and conformity certificates). The remaining 30% of the cost of the equipment and freight, along with 100% of the Installation, training, and Preventative maintenance costs, shall be paid following Provisional Acceptance. Provisional Acceptance is strictly defined as the date on which the supplier has successfully completed the installation and training (for all groups), executed all required preventative maintenance, confirming the equipment's full operational capability as per the contract.Best regards
