Dear Supplier,
With reference to the UNHCR tender document RFQ/HCR/SYR/25/024 for implementation of call center facility at the UNHCR office in Damascus, please note the following amendments to the subject Request for Quotation:
- Tender Closing Date: The closing date for the tender No. RFQ/HCR/SYR/25/024 has been revised. Interested bidders are required to submit their offers no later than 20 October 2025 at 23:59 hrs Syrian Standard Time.
- Site Visit: Due to the shortened tender validity period, the site visit date has also been rescheduled. The site visit will now take place on 14 October 2025 at 11:00 hrs Syrian Standard Time.
Interested bidders should confirm their participation in the site visit latest by 13 October 2025 at 15:00 hrs. Syrian Standard Time to SYRSWSUPPLY@UNHCR.ORG
All other terms and conditions specified in the relevant tender documents shall remain unchanged.
