The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Programme and Technical Support Service (PTSS), Division of Emergency and Programme Support (DEPS), invites qualified suppliers, and Service Providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Frame Agreement(s) for the provision of audit of UNHCR-funded projects and other advisory services.
