Service Provider to Develop a Digital Toolkit for Preventing and Responding to Gender-Based Violence and Harassment in the Workplace.

The primary objective is to design, develop, and implement a comprehensive, user-centric digital toolkit that is embedded in organizational practice and adaptable to diverse operational systems. The toolkit will support efficient workflows that go beyond compliance—enabling companies to monitor progress, continuously improve, and strengthen mechanisms that integrate GBVH prevention across all operations and workplace culture. It will facilitate alignment with national and international GBVH standards, foster a culture of respect and accountability, and provide practical resources for prevention, response, and survivor support. This work will serve as a sustainable and complementary element of the overarching Private Sector Coalition’s capacity -building programme.
