Greetings from UNICEF Malaysia.

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for " LIBS-2025-9200199  - Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for Chauffeur Service and Ad-Hoc transportation request for United Nations Agencies in Malaysia for 3 years” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in Invitation to Bid for Services (ITBS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.

 

1. Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit

Kindly acknowledge receipt of this invitation and confirm your Interest/Intent to submit by replying to this email by 06 October 2025.

 

2. Request for Clarification

If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit them using "Annex G - Enquiries & Clarification Form" and ensure you reply to all recipients in this email.

Deadline:  09 October 2025, 17:00 Malaysia Time

 

3. Proposal Submission

All proposals must be submitted via email ONLY to mlya-procurement@unicef.org by:
