United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for " LRPS-2025-9200170 - Renovation of Office space for United Nations Children’s Fund office in Wisma E&C, Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur (Design, Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and Supervision of Renovation Works)” through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF invites you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Proposals for Services (LRPS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.
1. Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this invitation and confirm your Interest/Intent to submit by replying to this email by 03 October 2025.
2. Pre-bid conference & OnSite Visit
- A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 7 October 2025 at 10:00AM Malaysia Time. Attendance is optional and intended to facilitate understanding of the requirements and address clarifications.
- An onsite visit will be conducted immediately after the pre-bid conference.
- Each bidder may nominate up to two (2) representatives to attend the pre-bid conference and onsite visit.
- Prior registration is required. Bidders must submit the names and contact details of their representatives no later than 3 October 2025 to confirm participation.
3. Request for Clarification
If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit them using "Annex E - Enquiries & Clarification Form" and ensure you reply to all recipients in this email.
Deadline: 13 October 2025, 17:00 Malaysia Time
4. Proposal Submission
All proposals must be submitted via email ONLY to mlya-procurement@unicef.org by:
