The objective of the assignment is to provide technical assistance to the Government of North Macedonia in development of a Child Guarantee National Action Plan (CGNAP). The CGNAP will aim to implement the Council Recommendation establishing the European Child Guarantee, ensuring the Guarantee is adapted to national and local contexts and with due consideration to lessons learnt from implementation of the CG in EU member states.

The deadline for applications is October 28, 2025, COB.

Interested bidders can submit their applications in the following manner:

The financial proposal should include all expenses as applicable to the assignment, including travel, accommodation, per diems, costs for workshops, consultations, translations and other logistical costs.

The financial proposal should be quoted in US Dollars.
