We kindly request your practical assistance in addressing these inconsistencies between the BOQ and the project documents.CERAMIC36. Installation of polyethylene film vapor barrier layer - According to the architectural design album, (sh. 12) the volume is 49.61 m2, but the BOQ includes 640.52 m2.37. Installation of waterproofing with roll-on membrane materials on bitumen mastic, first layer /2 layers/ - According to the architectural design album, (sh. 12) the volume is 542.42 m2, but the BOQ includes 492.8 m2.38. Installation of cement screeds, 20 mm / 40 mm thick - According to the architectural design album, (sh. 12): screed – 1035 m², 40 mm thick. In the BOQ – 542.42 m², 30 mm thick.39. Installation of sand-cement screeds, 20 mm thick - According to the architectural design album (sh. 12), a sand-cement screed is provided - 625.22 m2.
