This procurement includes Provision of Group IB Threat Intelligence platform including maintenance, support and training services (UNOPS-RoLRS-2025-S-008), as further detailed in Section 2 of the tender documents.

New clarification added: Question:Please confirm whether UNOPS will accept an ‘or equivalent’ platform that fully meets all functional requirements in Section II?Answer:Section "5. Technical requirements", sub.section "b. Requirements", item "I Product", clearly states that the offered product must be "Group IB Threat Intelligence Platform".

New clarification added: Q1:The TOR does not specify the evaluation criteria or the documents required in the proposal. Please confirm whether a full proposal is expected, including financial audited statements, company profile, team structure, approach and methodology? Kindly also advise if any additional documents are required to be submitted along with the technical proposal.A1. After expressing the interest, bidders should enter the UNOPS platform e-Sourcing where all the tender documents, cirteria elements, checklist of the required returnable forms and other documents are listed and explained in detail.Bidders are kindly advised to carefully review all entries elements of the tender published in eSourcing and prepare offers per the requirements.Q2. Please confirm if this RFQ is limited to local entities only, or are international/global entities also eligible to participate?A2. The global entities are eligible to participate, there are no limitations in this aspect.Q3. Kindly specify the number of trainings required, the expected number of participants, and whether both can be conducted virtually.A3. The number of trainings provided will depend on the offered solution. The expected number of participants for each type of training is not deemed to be of importance since training can be conducted online.Q4. Please clarify if a site visit is mandatory for tool installation, or if the deployment can be managed entirely through a cloud-based solution.A4. Site visit is not mandatory for installation. The English language will be the primary mode of communication throughout the engagement, while trainings should be conducted in Serbian language (requirements is that the Bidder educate users on how to use the Threat Intelligence platform either by using in-person on-site training or online-supported training. The Bidder will provide to users the access to related digital learning tools and knowledge database.)

New clarification added: QUESTION:We kindly request clarification regarding the pricing details outlined in the tender documents (Section III – Returnable Bidding Forms – Form B: Price Schedule Form). Specifically, we would like to confirm the following: Could you please confirm whether the Total Price refers to the cost for one (1) year, while the Price Structure Table should reflect the pricing for the two (2) year period?ANSWER:Tender requirement is for: - Platform licence for the period of 1 year- simultaneously during the same 1 year following services: maintenance + support- and one-off training of the users to be held immediatelly upon installation of the platform.Within the first table the total price should be inserted, while in the second table the same price should be distributed to the individual services (license / training / maintenance / support)
