Purpose of the Call:  Car Rental Services For UNICEF Office in Angola

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Angola is hereby inviting interested Car rental companies, operational and compliant with country’s fiscal requirements, to review  the attached Terms of Reference and submit their proposals  for  provision of car hire services as and when so requested. 

Tender Methodology:

• Deadline for submission of proposals:
Proposal should be  submitted by email  before or by  15 September  2025

• Email address for  submission of proposals (only): supplyangolabid@unicef.org

 

Proposals, must be sent in  two separate emails as follows:

  1. Technical Proposal: Use the subject line “LRFP-2025-9199477”- Technical Proposal.”
  2. Financial Proposal: Use the subject line “LRFP-2025-9199477”- Financial Proposal.”

Proposals submitted to addressed other than provided above, shall not be considered.

In addition, please make sure your registered   in the  United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) if not yet registered.

Please complete the declaration form attached to this Procurement Notice,  pages 3 to 5 of the RFP document, ticking “YES”  or “NO”,   to disclose your ethical conduct, as provided in  submission form.
