Dear Bidder,
The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
a. Review and refine the project’s logical framework (log frame), outputs, outcomes, indicators, and targets (both qualitative and quantitative considering the Market System Analysis on the target continues and proposed interventions therefrom.).
b. Develop the results chains for each project outcome
c. Design the Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) framework, a system that guides how the project monitors and learns from its activities, as well as the required tools to implement the framework.
d. Reorient the reporting templates for periodic reporting to align with Market Systems Design for result reporting
e. Verify and identify resources required for effective data collection and monitoring.
f. Guide the project team in developing the monitoring tools for specific activities.
g. Develop the scope of baseline studies to allow the project to measure its impact.
h. Support project develop required documents and manuals including and not limited to MRM Manual, Aggregation file (that shall include results, indicators, targets, Value for Money analysis VfM) list of benefiting SMEs, donor mapping, intervention registers etc)
