The World Health Organization Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers for the Procurement of hospital equipment for public hospitals in Southern Yemen, as per the attached specifications under (Annexes 1&2). • Anesthesia Machines with ventilator and monitor • C-ARM Machines CLOSING DATE: Offers must be uploaded via UNGM/Intend, “Tender Documents” not later than 14 September 2025 at [23:59] hours, Cairo/Egypt time. QUERIES: A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on may submit his questions via UNGM/Intend “Correspondence” not later than 3 September 2025, 23:59 hours, Cairo/Egypt time. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:  The Technical and Financial proposal must be submitted in the attached Annexes as an excel sheet and in PDF format. Bids with a different pricing format may be rejected.  Offers are accepted in US Dollars, or any other United Nations UN convertible currency will be acceptable.  Offers must comply with the requirements stated in the attached Invitation to Bid (ITB). Only complete offers that contain the detailed specifications and requirements will be considered. 3. FDA and/or CE certificate. 4. Delivery time for more than 3 months might not be considered. 5. Validity period of the offer, not less than 180 days. 6. The bidder should have at least 3 years of similar experience. 7. Evaluation criteria are based on technical compliant, lowest offer and stock availability.
