New clarification added: Question 1: Please check if the document lebelled as "RFQ_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements- PDF", the description column matches the specification.Check Product NO 17-BAIDOA HOSPITAL...... in the case of an error, which column shall we use (Description with the photo or Specification)Answer 1: The Schedule of Requirements consists of five columns. The second column presents the item description along with an indicative photograph, while the third column outlines the detailed specifications corresponding to the described item.Question 2. Item 1 and Items 12, 16, 20, 21, and 27 of Baidoa Hospital share the same specifications but not the same photos, whereas Item 25 shares the same photo with Items 10, 20, 21, and 27 but does not share the same specifications.Items 2 and 5 of Bossaso Hospital share the same specifications but not the same photos.Item 1 and Item 6 of Cold Chain Hospital share the same specifications but not the same photos.Answe 2 :  The photos provided for each item are for indicative purposes only. Dears for the side of Tables specially Item 1 in Baidoa Hospital shows a dimension Table size: L 1700mm x W 700mm, D 800mm and as per our experience the picture shows Table size: L 1400mm x W 700mm, D 800mm, because this size should have L shape design and in the picture has no any L shape , therefor since their pricing are almost half of other one could you make sure the size and picture are per your requirementsAnswer 3 :  The photos provided for each item are for indicative purposes only. Please advise if the supplier can bid only for one hospital e.i Bosaso hospital. Answer: Partial bids are not accepted. Bidders are required to submit quotations for all specified locations. New amendment added #1: Dear Bidder,An amendment has been made to the RFQ/2025/59054 and the following changes are reflected in the tender;The proof shall be in the form of a Certified company's Bank Account Statement for the last 3 Months amounting to $200,000 and above or Access to Credit Facilities provided in the form of access to overdraft or a letter demonstrating the bidder's access to credit facility issued by a reputable bank or other financial institutions for an amount equal or greater than $200,000 Correction of The reference number for returnable bidding forms and Schedule of requirements as well.This amendment is part of the official solicitation documents.
