New clarification added: Dear Supplier,As per the clarification requested below, please note that the offered product must be WHO prequalified (PQ) as of the tender closing date."With reference to your tender ITB/2025/59064, we hereby express our intent to participate in the procurement process for the Measles-Rubella (MR) Vaccine. As per tender requirement, while our MR vaccine is not currently WHO Prequalified, we would like to highlight that we are in process of getting WHO prequalification, we are actively engaging with the WHO PQ team and are preparing to submit our dossier in January 2026. We have commissioned a dedicated manufacturing facility established specifically for UNICEF supply. This facility is fully equipped and capable of meeting your requirements and is presently supplying MR vaccines to the Government of India under the Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP). Importantly, our facility adheres to all standards outlined under WHO Prequalification (WHO PQ) guidelines. In light of our ongoing supplies to the Government of India and our demonstrated commitment to achieving WHO PQ status, we respectfully request your kind consideration to allow our participation in this tender, even in the absence of current WHO PQ certification. New clarification added: Dear Supplier,As per the clarification requested "We wish to know the possibility of Anti Rabies Vaccine issuance status as we did not find this vaccine requiremtns in subjected tender. Pricing Policy Inquiry - Is it required to offer a single fixed price, or is it possible to vary the price depending on each shipment upon each delivery year? (We would like to offer time bound price condition)Response:Only a single price for all the deliveries must be submitted under each lot.2, Shipping Schedule Inquiry - Will the first shipment be required to be delivered within this year? - Is there a possibility that the second, third or fourth shipments will also be completed within this year?Response:Kindly refer to Amendment 1. The delivery requirement for the 1st shipment has been revised to “within 90 days of PO issuance.”The delivery requirements for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th tranches remain unchanged.3. Discount Application Inquiry - Are there any reqyuired sepcific methods of discount, such as discount rate or amount for applying the discount?Response:There are no specific methods required for discounts. Bidders may propose discounts at their own discretion.4. Regarding Point No. 5(With regard to technical information to be provided for various vaccines, it is observed that only Lot 1 of BCG Vaccine is mentioned, there is no information about other vaccines. As we supposed to enclose relevant documents, as per headings provided for all vaccines as attachments or we have to provide this information, vaccine-wise. ), may we request to kindly inform how technical information related to various vaccines can be filled in especially since template related to BCG only has been provided.Response: As per the provided template, you may insert the vaccine name in the right-hand cell next to 'Vaccine Description' under Part A.1 Technical Specification Data Form (page 11 of ITB_2025_59064_Section III Returnable Bidding Forms.pdf). A separate Technical Proposal Form is required for each vaccine product/presentation offered. Please see the attached document for clarification. 3. Can you kindly incorporate 5 Dose presentation also apart from 4 Dose, so that can offer our vaccine.) is concerned, since we wish to offer Pneumococcal Vaccine in 5 Dose presentation, can this presentation be included, so that we can quote for it and provide relevant technical information. Response:Kindly refer to the amendment 1, Lot 10 was added for the requirement of Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) with 5-dose vial, However,UNOPS has the right to award to either lot no. 6 or no. 10 based on the program requirements.4. New amendment added #1: Amendment 1 was issued to revise the below points.1. Delivery Schedule was amended from "Shipment 1 within 60 days of PO issuance.Note: A product readiness time up to 75 days will be acceptable. However, the CPT price will be increased by 0.1% per day beyond 60 days only for bid evaluation purposes." to "Shipment 1 within 90 days of PO issuance." The delivery requirements for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th tranches remain unchanged.2. Form A:Bid/No Bid Confirmation FormThe request to insert name and office of contact person and UNOPS contact person’s email was removed.3.
