Description
Only suppliers based in Saudi Arabia are eligible to participate in this RFQ. 

The service contract will carry out the following activities as requested by the Aseer Municipality:

Automated mission planning and execution

  • Configure automated mission plans covering municipal assets, including roads, parks and public buildings.
  • Execute routine (weekly) inspections and on-demand (emergency) missions as requested by municipal authorities.

Data collection and preprocessing

  • Collect RGB and thermal imagery datasets with full georeferencing and relevant metadata.
  • Perform initial data preprocessing, including geo-tagging, ortho mosaic creation, and basic anomaly annotation in accordance with municipal labeling guidelines.

Dataset delivery for AI training

  • Deliver structured and organized datasets suitable for AI model training.
  • Coordinate with the Municipality’s GIS teams to define priority monitoring areas.

Reporting and progress tracking

  • Provide monthly progress reports summarizing mission execution, dataset volumes, and examples of detected anomalies.
  • Maintain mission logs and ensure traceability of collected data.
