Provision of Conference Services in Odesa region

The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations is pleased to invite qualified service providers to support the organization and delivery of a series of workshops under Project 028/ITA, “Safeguarding Livelihoods by Supporting Smallholder Wine Producers through the Food Coalition”, in Odeska Oblast, Ukraine. The selected service provider will be responsible for arranging and managing the following: provision of suitable venues and conference equipment; catering services including meals and refreshments; accommodation for participants; transportation arrangements or reimbursement of travel expenses; and any additional logistical or technical services required for the successful delivery of the workshops, as specified in the attached RFQ Responsive Form, Appendix II. All services are to be provided either in Odesa City or in Odeska Oblast.
