Provision of Membrane Covered Frame Structures and Associated Services

1. The United Nations (UN) seeks to establish non-exclusive contract/s with qualified vendor/s for provision of Membrane Covered Frame Structures and associated services, which will be used worldwide in Peacekeeping Operations and Political Missions to provide shelter for living, working and equipment storage (as described below). 2. The requirement includes: a. Type A-1: Minimum 35sm in floor space, with a 5m by 7m configuration or equivalent b. Type A-2: Minimum 70sm in floor space, with a 10m by 7m configuration or equivalent c. Type B: Minimum 288sm in floor space, with a 12m by 24m configuration or equivalent. d. Type C: Minimum 648sm in floor space, with an 18m by 36m configuration or equivalent e. Hangars: Minimum 1,224sm in floor space, with a 34m by 36m configuration or equivalent. 3. The mandatory services include: a. Installation/Assemblyb. Training c. Technical Support d. Maintenancee. Disassembly/Repacking The supply of goods and associated services will be for a total contract term of five (5) years, followed by a period of five (5) years of after-sales support based on performance. The detailed scope of requirements will be provided within the UN's Request for Proposal (RFP), which will be sent out to all vendors responding to this EOI.
