RFP-DAN-2025-503857 - Hearing aids and diagnostic devices.

UNICEF Supply Division is inviting all qualified suppliers to submit their proposals in response to RFP-DAN-2025-503857 for the Procurement of Hearing Aids and Diagnostic Devices.

Suppliers are requested to confirm their interest in participating in this solicitation by sending an email to Ruben Dario Mete at rmete@unicef.org, with a copy to Ruben Jamalyan at rjamalyan@unicef.org, no later than by COB 18 August 2025.

All queries should also be sent to the above-mentioned email address(es).

The pre-bid conference will take place approximately ten (10) calendar days from the date of this notice. Only suppliers who have confirmed their participation will be invited to attend.

The offers must be submitted in two separate emails to supplybid@unicef.org as follows:

1. Technical Proposal

This email should include the Technical Envelope containing:

1. Annex B – Technical Questionnaire – RFP-DAN-2025-503857 completed with your technical offer.
2. Annex B – Folder Structure for Technical Document Submission – ZIP folder containing all required technical documents.

2. Commercial Proposal

Email Subject Line: RFP-DAN-2025-503857 [Company Name] - Commercial Proposal

This email should include the Commercial/Financial Envelope containing:

1. Annex C – Commercial Questionnaire – RFP-DAN-2025-503857 completed with your commercial proposal.
2. Bid Form – Pages 3, 4, and 5 of RFP-DAN-2025-503857 document, completed and signed with your commercial proposal.
3. Annex D – Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire RFP-DAN-2025-503857 completed.
4. Annex D – Folder Structure for Sustainability Document Submission – ZIP folder containing the documents requested in the Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire.
