UNICEF has now re-advertised a Request for Proposals in order to select a supplier for Design, Production, Promotion, and Community Engagement for a Children’s Book on Emotions Please note that this tender is open to Ukrainian bidders (Private Entrepreneurs (FOP/Non VAT tax payers) and International Bidders with valid registration in Ukraine.
