Dear Madam, Sir, The World Trade Organization (WTO) is currently undertaking a project for the establishment of a framework agreement with one or several suitable service provider(s) for the provision of graphic and event design services (digital and/or print) for the duration of three years with the possibility to extend for two additional years, for the World Trade Organization(Ref.
