Dear Valued Bidders (Malaysian Registered Company),

Greetings from UNICEF Malaysia.

United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for "LRPS-2025-9198828: Long Term Agreement (LTA) for Digital Media Marketing Services" to acquire quality donors for UNICEF Malaysia Country Office through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF invites you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Proposals for Services (LRPS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.

 

1. Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit

Kindly acknowledge receipt of this invitation and confirm your Interest/Intent to Submit by replying to this email by 1 August 2025 or as soon as possible.

 

2. Pre-bid Conference

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on 7 August 2025 @ 14:30 Malaysia Time. While attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended as it will provide a better understanding of the requirements and allow for any clarifications. Meeting invitations will be sent only to bidders who confirm their interest to participate.

 

3. Request for Clarification

If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit them using "Annex E - Enquiries & Clarification Form" and ensure you reply to all recipients in this email.

Deadline: 05 August 2025 (17:00 Malaysia Time).

 

4. Proposal Submission

All proposals must be submitted via email ONLY to mlya-procurement@unicef.org by:

  • 2 September 2025, 17:00 Malaysia Time
  • Late submissions will not be considered.

    1. Read & sign the form at Page 5
  • Annex B - Terms of Reference
  • Annex C - MDM Vendor Master Registration
    1. With bank account proof (e.g. cancelled check, bank statement, or bank letter)
    2. UNGM registration number
    3. Company registration certificate
    4. Audited financial statements for the last two (2) years.
