New clarification added: Question 1: In Servers, you require 24 core CPUs with approx. 150W CPU TDP each. CPUs with such TPD was available for servers, which are already obsolete (e.g. Intel Scalable generation 3). Current 24 core CPUs have approximately 185W TPD. Is it acceptable for you to use CPUs with 185W TPD each?Answer 1: Yes, 185W TDP for the CPU is acceptable. Question 2: In Servers, you require certification under Ecolabel Tier I EPEAT (attaining Climate+ criteria). EPEAT shows for servers 2 different Tiers – Silver (better) and Bronze (worse), both with Climate+ possibilities. Do you accept Server with Tier Silver and Climate+?Answer 2: Yes, EPEAT Tier Silver with Climate+ for offered servers is acceptable. Question 3: In Storage system, you haven’t specified type of NVME disks you require. Are NVME disks based on QLC technology acceptable for you or do you require TLC based NVMEs?Answer 3: As long as the offered NVMe disks are intended by the manufacturer for enterprise storage use and compatible with the offered Storage system, the specific NVMe disk technology is of no particular importance. Question 4: In Storage system, you specified 100TB raw usable capacity without compression. To avoid any mistake, does this mean, that it should be raw capacity (e.g. total sum of disks’ capacity – like 14x 7.68TB disk = 107.5TB raw capacity) or usable capacity after RAID and spare disk/capacity excluded (it means for example 100TB in RAID5 or 6 + spare capacity of 1 or 2 disks based on vendor’s best practices)? We have found that Dell will not give pricing as they have locked in pricing to one vendor only.Answer 4: The raw usable capacity is the total sum of all of the capacities of all of the individual disks installed in the Storage system, as the manufacturer officially declared them. All installed disks must be of the same type, model, and capacity.
