EXPECTED RESULTS

1.

Creation and development of a low-fidelity prototype

Development of a tangible low-fidelity prototype representing a digital platform for tourism products and experiences, adapted to the technological and sociocultural context of Maceió’s peripheral communities.

Note: The prototype must be field-tested with end users (entrepreneurs and tourists), based on structured feedback, ensuring its functionality, appeal, and relevance to the local context.

2.

Integration of simplified artificial intelligence with whatsapp

Implementation of a simplified AI solution integrated into WhatsApp to facilitate communication with tourists and direct them to the prototype.

3.

Pilot actions for prototype validation

The solution must simulate a service journey, managed by the company, capable of absorbing feedback and guiding future development cycles.

4.

Assisted support via whatsapp for feedback collection

Deployment of an assisted WhatsApp support channel for feedback collection.

Note: the data collected will be used to guide future improvements to the platform and training processes.

5.

Production of audiovisual content (videos, photos) and textual content (engaging descriptions) for the products.

6.

Development of UI/UX design for prototype validation

UI design simulating the future high-fidelity version of the platform, focusing on UX and intuitive navigation.
