Invitation to Bid for the Procurement of 10.1-inch Tablets for the Ministry of
Education and Higher Education in Ramallah

The reference LITB-2025-9198751 must be shown and clearly indicated in all corresponding emails.
Bid form and schedule(s) must be used when replying to this invitation. You are welcome to enclose
your own specifications etc., if necessary. Submissions must be received at the above address by the
latest EOD (Jerusalem time) on 31 July 2025. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be
invalidated.
FORECAST SCHEDULE:[all times refer to Jerusalem time, GMT +3H]:
- Disseminating the bid documents by 21 July 2025.
- Interested applicants must submit any queries related to the bid in writing no later than EOD 24 July2025. Please send your inquiry email to optsuppliers@unicef.org, copying aharidi@unicef.org. Use the

Please note that UNICEF May be shared as needed the clarification and amendments on UNGM or
email notifications to the mailing list, no later than 28 July 2025.
- Closing date and time for submission of full bid: not later than 30 July 2025, End of the Day.
- The dates in the forecast schedule must be strictly adhered to, unless otherwise communicated and
revised on UNGM.
