ESTABLISHMENT OF AN INSTITUTIONAL LTA FOR PRINTING WORKS AND SERVICES FOR UN AGENCIES IN GHANA (LOCAL PROCUREMENT OPPORTUNITY)

Objectives, Purpose and Expected results
The purpose of this arrangement is to facilitate the implementation of UN programme activities by ensuring the timely engagement of a vendor for printing of materials and documents for UN agencies activities and programmes in Ghana. UN publications are vital tools of advocacy in achieving agency mandates and constitute a high spend for all agencies hence the need to engage reputable printing organization to meet the high demand for these services.
The institution to be engaged through a competitive process shall provide printing services for two years on a fixed price basis. The LTA for various categories of printing services, when agreed on by UN shall be fixed for 24 months from the date of the LTA signature. The LTA may be extended for another 12months based on satisfactory performance and continued need for the services and price validity.
