Description

The United Nations in Namibia, on behalf of other participating UN agencies, invites qualified hotels to make a firm offer for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement for the Provision of Sustainable Hotel Event Management and Accommodation Services, valid for an initial period of one year with a possible one-year extension. Contracts will be reviewed yearly, focusing on a price reduction resulting from market behavior such as lower or higher seasonal rates or competition between service providers. The successful bidders will be asked to maintain their quoted price model for the Long-Term Agreement(s).
