Pls advise the number of accommodation spaces that should be considered?A12: This package is prepared for the maintenance of a contractor’s office with an area of 15 m² and 4 workstations. Accommodation facilities are not included.

New clarification added: Q9: With reference to Bill "Structural": Main Building → EARTH WORKS, №79 → Е0602-011-02 ДОП. 9 MANUFACTURING UPPER AND LOWER FLAT AND VOLUMETRIC FRAMES BY KNITTING ON HORIZONTAL SURFACES - The volume of work in Item No. 79 for the fabrication of reinforcement cages amounts to 684,9808 tons. When recalculated according to material consumption based on local regulatory documents, the required quantity of material should be 698,68 tons (+2%). The total quantity from Items No. 80, 81, 82, and 83 amounts to 689,801 tons, which is significantly less than the required regulatory material quantity. The same applies to Item No. 14 in relation to Items No. 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19. And to Item No. 36 in relation to Items No. 37 and 38. And to item No.92 in relation to items No.93 and 94. New clarification added: Q2: If a bidder participated as a JV and get recommended for award, will UNOP make payments exclusively to the JV's Lead Partner? A2: UNOPS will conclude a contract with a Lead Partner of JV and all transactions will be processed exclusively to the bank account of Lead Partner.

New clarification added: Q1: If a company is planning to submit it's bid as a JV, pls advise if the bid package, including returnable schedules shall be submitted individually from each member of the JV? Shall each member meet qualification criteria individually (Average Annual Turnover, Experience etc.)? A1: If a bidder submits it's bid as a JV, the one bid package shall be submitted from the UNGM account of the Lead Partner. All returnable schedules shall be completed/signed/stamped by the LP only. Such historical documents as Guvohnoma and balance sheets shall be provided for each member of JV. As it is specified in the evaluation method details noted in Tab "Particulars", all joint venture/consortium/association members combined must meet all qualification and technical criteria.
