The United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to bid for the capital repair (reinstallation) of two hospital lifts at 5 Ryumina Street, Mykolaiv, Ukraine in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Please revert to the meeting minutes in the "Documents" section under the file name "Pre-Bidding Meeting Minutes_RFQ_2025_58084.pdf."The Returnable Schedules are available in the standard UNOPS templates. The necessary documents can be located in the "Documents" section under "RFQ_2025_58084_05 Section VI - Returnable Schedules.docx."Bidders are required to complete the Schedules according to the questions and information requested in each schedule. A: The details of this RFQ are given in the "General" and "Particulars" tabs. The instructions on how to work in eSourcing may be found in the tab "Documents" - UNOPS_eSourcing_Vendor Guide_v1.6_EN.pdf2. Q: Can we submit Module D in a week, as it is currently in progress?2. A: All Returnable Schedules and other required documents must be submitted by the set deadline of 14:00, Kyiv time, 14 July 2025.3. Q: In which language should the quotation be submitted?3. A: According to the clause 'Language" of quotations of the RFQ Particulars, all returnable schedules under the document RFQ_2025_58084_05 Section VI - Returnable Schedules.docx must be provided in English. New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Please see the clarifications to the questions regarding the purpose of the two (2) documents:1. Authorization letter from the manufacturer of the main equipment (technology) - this is an official letter from the manufacturer of the key equipment, specifically elevators or major elevator system components. It confirms that the bidder is authorized to supply, install, service, or represent the equipment for this project.2. Completed Works Value Forecast - the Completed Works Value Forecast is a document or table that accompanies the Works Programme and provides an estimate of the value of construction work expected to be completed each month throughout the project.
