UNFPA is seeking a qualified service provider to develop core content for the training modules aligned with the National Integrated Maternal and Perinatal Care Guidelines for South Africa.
The primary purpose of this ToR is to engage a qualified subject matter expert to:
Develop the core educational content for online training modules based on all chapters in the National Integrated Maternal and Perinatal Care Guidelines (Fifth Edition, 2024).
Develop the content for an Essential Steps in Managing Obstetric Emergencies (ESMOE) skills package, including the identification of related skills training needs and tools.
Develop content for online self-rated (multiple choice) assessments, including scoring criteria for certification.
Prepare and co-facilitate a 3-day training package validation workshop to review and refine the developed content.
The tender contains sustainability considerations for preventing or minimizing damage associated with climate change.

Hazardous chemicals handling, labelling of chemicals.
This indicator summarizes sustainability considerations that relate to inclusion of a person with disability.
Examples:
Organizational policy on disability inclusion, recruiting people with disabilities, accessible premises, disability-inclusive supply chains, and manufacturing accessible products.
The tender contains sustainability considerations promoting the sustainable use of resources.
Examples:
Energy-saving measures, recycling, take-back programmes and responsible end-of-life management
