In Returnable Bidding Forms Form A: Joint Venture Partner Information Form but in documnets check list Lot 1 - Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate 300 mg Form A is mentioned as Form A: Quotation Submission Form.02. Returnable Bidding Forms Form E: Interagency Product Questionnaire but in documnets check list Lot 1 - Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate 300 m9 Form A is mentioned as Form E: Delivery Requirement Form etc.Requset you to check and clarify.Dear supplier,Please see the amendmemt 1 for the revise checklist as per Section III Returnable Biddings Forms.Best regards,UNOPS
