Proposal Submission Instructions

1. Send proposals to: supplybid@unicef.org. Proposals sent to any other email will be invalidated. Do not send general queries to this email.
2. Send Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal as separate EMAILS. If necessary, proposers may structure the proposal in several batches of EMAILS* (multiple emails if needed) *But please note that only the first email sent to the supplybid inbox receives an auto-reply/acknowledgement message!
3. Email subject line: Use the bid number; i.e. 503821. PLEASE DO NOT include the long description text of the tender in the email subject line. Proposers shall complete, as appropriate, each email subject line with the following information:

RFPS-DAN-2025-503821, [Company Name], Technical Proposal - Submission [#] of [#]

                    RFPS-DAN-2025-503821, [Company Name], Commercial Proposal -                            Submission [#] of [#]

1. File Format and Size:

• Attachments to be maximum twenty five (25) megabytes per email
• Attachments must be submitted in PDF format.
• Larger attachments and attachments other than PDF format will not be accepted.

1. No other recipient should be "cc" or "bcc" in the email submission

• Deadline for receipt of initial questions before Bid conference webinar is 22 June 2025 at 23:59 Copenhagen time. Please submit questions to mjeriha@unicef.org and a copy to jkiattu@unicef.org
• Final deadline for questions:  Please submit questions by 07 July 2025 at 23:59 (Copenhagen time) to mjeriha@unicef.org and a copy to jkiattu@unicef.org

1. Deadline for submission of proposals: Proposals must be received by latest 23:59 hours (Copenhagen time) on 31 July 2025.  After submission of your offer you will receive an acknowledgement receipt.

Reception of this tender alone does not serve as a mandate for you to represent any of the participating agencies towards any third parties such as insurers, underwriters or other risk carriers. This tender is about insurance brokerage services and for this reason we kindly ask you not to seek market terms for any of the risks referred to in this tender. If information is received during the procurement process or after that supports breach of this understanding, this may result in invalidation of the proposals.
