Please find attached the Request for Quotation (LITB-2025-9197732) Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment and Accessories on Long Term Arrangement for 24 Months subject to extension to additional 12 months based on the satisfactory performance and rates and condition remain the same.

As a result of the outcome for the LITB UNICEF has the right to award a contract to saucerful bidder/s

It is mandatory to fill t he bid form page (3-5) and page 22 for mandatory requirement

Along with the offer, bidders are requested to ensure to submit:

• Catalogue and technical data sheet of the manufacturer indicating details specification and brand (photos only will not be acceptable)
• Samples of the product.

Submission deadline 22nd June. 2025 at 2:00 hr. Sudan local time.

BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN USD CURRENCY

Bids received in any other currency will be invalidated

Currency of the tender - Offers are accepted in USD. Please note that for successful local bidder quoted in USD, UNICEF will transfer payment of the respective Contracts/Purchase Orders to the contractor's USD account in Sudan, and
