Provision of Carwashing Services in Nairobi

The United Nations Support Office in Somalia (UNSOS) seeks Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and qualified vendors with the capacity to provide vehicle washing services in vicinity of UNON compound in Nairobi, Kenya. The selected vendor must be able to perform the following at a minimum: • "full-service" car washed, the exterior of the car is washed mechanically with conveyor equipment, or in some cases by hand, • Dry the car manually, • Clean the interior (normally consisting of cleaning the windows, wiping the front and rear, vacuming or washing /shampooing the carpet and upholstery). • Detail services, which may include polishing and waxing the car’s exterior by hand or machine, shampooing and steaming interiors, and other services to provide thorough cleaning and protection to the car. • Washing of the wheels and polishing of wheel covers Location: The location for the specified services is in Nairobi , Kenya, preferabily in vicinity of UNON Compound. Contract Approach: UNSOS anticipates establishing a contract for an initial period of two years, with options to extend for additional three (3) one-year periods (2+1+1+1 ). Services should commence on or about second week in December 2025 The detailed scope of requirements will be provided at the solicitation stage which is planned to be issued during the last week of June 2025.
