Provide Cloud Hosting Services for the Production and Development and Training Instances of the National Health Management Information System

The Department of Planning and Health Information with WHO and other development partner support is currently in the process of transitioning its national health management information system to the DHIS2 platform. This initiative is part of the wider digital health transformation plan of the Ministry of Health of Cambodia and a vendor has been contracted to support the development work relating to this transition.

The data capture forms are being developed on DHIS2 and needs to be tested and rolled out with training to all health facilities. For facilitate this rollout, the production, development and training instances of DHIS2 needs to be hosted on a reliable cloud hosting service.

WHO seeks a suitable and reliable service provider for the hosting of the national health management information system in the cloud.
