New clarification added: Dear bidders,Kindly find below the received clarification and UNOPS response:Q: If the initial visit (mandatory visit) or the second visit not done is it cause a reason for disqualification?UNOPS response: Yes, if the bidder did not attend either of the two site visits, they are not eligible to submit an offer. The site visit is mandatory as mentioned in the Particular section.Best regards

New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Kindly find the below clarifications and UNOPS responses:Q1. Do you require the pricing breakdown to be submitted exclusively through the provided Excel file? We would also prefer to include a comprehensive technical and financial proposal that clearly outlines the deliverables and provides detailed explanations and elaboration on our offer.UNOPS response: Yes , the prices should be as per the excel breakdown sheet. Moreover, the bidder might submit additional details financial and technical offer.Q2. We would like to kindly request clarification regarding the financial terms outlined in the RFP, particularly the note stating that no advance payment will be provided.Given the fast-track nature of the project and the significant workload and upfront resources required to meet the expected timelines and deliverables, we would appreciate it if there is any flexibility to allow for an advance payment. This would greatly support mobilization and ensure the timely commencement and smooth execution of the project. Additionally, we kindly ask you to state the financial breakdown for the works to better align our proposal with your expectations.UNOPS response: Kindly note that Advance payment is not allowedQ3: Were the site visits conducted mandatory?UNOPS response: The initial site visit held on 27 May 2025 was mandatory. New clarification added: Dear bidders,kindly find below the recevied clarification and UNOPS response:Q: In the documents attached to this tender, it is often stressed "as set out in the Particulars". Unfortunately, we cannot find the Particulars section or document (if any). Can you help us figure out where these details are? We have noticed that the "Breakdown of Fees and Reimbursable Costs" template does not include a section for the Supervision Scope/Resident Engineer.UNOPS response: The updated "Breakdown of Fees and Reimbursable Cost V01" included the supervision section has been uploaded under the Documents tab.Q: We kindly request that you provide us with any available permit drawings or existing building plans (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.), if available. New clarification added: Dear bidders,Kindly find the below clarifications and UNOPS responses:Q: We would like to kindly request clarification regarding the required amount of the bid guarantee. The solicitation documents does not mention the requirement for a bid guarantee. Could you please confirm the amount and acceptable form(s) of the bid guarantee to ensure our submission is fully compliant?UNOPS response: The bid guarantee is not requested in this tender.Q: Can you extend the deadline please? UNOPS response: The submission deadline has been extended to 17 June 2025, Accordingly, the deadline for submitting requests for clarification is extended to 10 June 2025.Q: Is the building survey provided by you or does it have to be included in the economic offer?UNOPS reply: please refer to the ToR , under scope of work ; the consultant shall conduct site assessment and condition surveys of the premises. Q: Does the JV have to be composed before the bid is submitted, or can it be composed after the winner has been awarded and before the contract is signed? UNOPS reply : The bidder must clearly indicate any Joint Venture (JV), if applicable, at the time of submission by completing the JV form and including it in their offer. Best regards
