New clarification added: Q2: An error in Bill "Vivarium BOQ section" of the document 3.3 ITB_2025_57535_Small Works_Section VI_Returnable Schedule_BOQ.xlsx is identified where the columns with item descriptions in Russian and English do not align and the Russian version is shifted one row upward. A2: The referred Bill "Vivarium BOQ section" of the document 3.3 ITB_2025_57535_Small Works_Section VI_Returnable Schedule_BOQ.xlsx was carefully checked and no errors are found. Please re-upload the original document.

New clarification added: Q1: Is a bank guarantee letter required in the bid evaluation process? A1:No bank guarantee is required during the bid submission and evaluation process; however, bidders must submit (i) A Confirmation letter from a bidder stating an acceptance of the provisions on performance security as stipulated in clause 4.2 Performance Security of Section IV: Schedule of Details in line with the provisions of ITB/2025/57535 of the document titled “ITB_2025_57535_Small Works_Sections_II, III, IV, V”; and (ii) A letter from the bidder’s bank confirming either the availability of the requisite amount (USD 200,000) either in the Bidder’s account or confirming a line of credit
