We would like to invite you for the " LRPS-2025-9197064 for " Long-term Arrangement (LTA) for Inspection and Quality Assurance Services”. I am also attaching the following documents and templates for submission of Financial Proposals.

Questions from Proposers: Bidders must email any questions regarding this RFP to Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org ,Ye Htut at yhtut@unicef.org and Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org. The deadline for question submission is 15 May 2025 at 3:00pm.

Bid Conference: A bid conference will be held at 11:00am Myanmar Time on 14 May 2025 via Online platform.

Interested Bidders are requested to express interest by sending an email with a subject line "LRPS-2025-9197064: Bid conference" to Mya Thanda Chaw (mtchaw@unicef.org), Ayako Okamura (aokamura@unicef.org) and Ye Htut (yhtut@unicef.org) latest by noon Myanmar Time on 12 May 2025. UNICEF will share a meeting invite with a Microsoft Teams link to all the bidders who express their interest to all the bidders who express their interest to participate in the bidding process by the above-mentioned deadline.

Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:

Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal: LRPS-2025-9197064". The following documents shall be submitted as the technical proposal submission:

1. Signed Services Form 
2. Institutional Vendor template - Annex D.
3. Supplier Profile form - Annex E.

Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal: LRPS-2025-9197064". The Financial Proposal shall be submitted in the format provided by UNICEF as Annex-D : Financial Proposal template. 

The proposal submission deadline is the 26 May 2025, before 9:00am Myanmar Time. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
