In this item (1.1 Potholes and Failure Repairs < 25m2502 510 511 1.1.1 "Surface Repairs (Type A) for potholes and failures with an area less than 25m2 (area < 25m2). The rate includes the following works:_ Top layer removal_ Base course layer preparation and improvement if needed up to 10 cm and compaction_ Provide and apply Prime Coat MC-70_ Lay Compacted Asphalt Concrete 50mm, hot mix asphalt concrete_ Pavement edge cutting and painting with hot bitumen_ Disposal and hauling of waste material to the approved location."Ans 1 - Works will be conducted as per the signed LTA with call off order specifing the areas covered, location and type of work. Q2 - Question: Is the price quoted as a lump sum for a quantity of 25 square meters? Or is the price quoted as a lump sum per square meter?Ans 2 - Please refer to amendment 001 in esourcing tab where the unit price has been changed to m2. Q3 Is the partner obligatory? Therefore, we would like to clarify whether the price includes the execution of the RC tack coat layer?Ans 1 This item covers all the works related to it like cleanining , RC tack coat , and only applied where the sealing coat is badly needed  and where the undeneath layers still good and not evidence of any structural problems or cracks .Q2 - 1.2.7 Provide and Place Compacted Asphalt Concrete 30mm , hot mix asphalt concrete with 12 mm maximum aggregate size.as we know that the 30mm  is come only as overlay layer if im not mistake  so  if it is  overlay it should to have item : Tack Coat -RC -250 that is not added in the Price Quotation Excel  so Is that mean the Tack Coat -RC -250 price should be included in the price of item 1.2.7or with out  if yes its mean we have to take in consider to add its price  to the price item 1.2.7Ans 2 - Yes this item is answered in 1, and we will reiterate again that Overlay sealing coat will include RC-250 tack coat , prior cleaning etc,and only applied where the sealing coat is badly needed  and where the undeneath layers still good and not evidence of any structural problems or cracks .Q3 - Regarding Item 1.1 "Potholes and Failure Repairs < 25m2," you stated that the unit of measurement in the Bill of Quantities is the lump sum.
