The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to support ongoing efforts within the WHO Department for Digital Health and Innovation to strengthen digital transformation at national level. This includes follow-up to outcomes of the Open Digital Health Summit (ODHS), operationalisation of a SMART Guidelines training curriculum, and work on normative products including Reference Architecture for Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) and Standards for health sector digital transformation, and the WHO Classification of digital interventions, services and applications in health (CDISAH).
