Dear Bidders,
This correspondence pertaining to the above-mentioned project should be considered as Addendum No. 2 to the Invitation to Bid (UNDP-PAL-00345), which shall be deemed to form and be read as part of the tender.
1. UNDP at its own discretion has extended the deadline of bid submission until 6 May 2025.
2. UNDP at its own discretion has included a fourth lot: Provision of IT Equipment for the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation (MoPIC)" - Ramallah - West Bank. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Interested bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this addendum by returning/including it, signed, and stamped, with their bids.
