SCOPE OF TENDER

Procurement of Events Management Services for the Local Climate Adaptive Living Facility (Lo-CAL) – Capacity Building Training Workshop 15 – 17 April 2025 at a hotel in Kampala that will be communicated in due course.

UNCDF seeks to engage an experienced events management company to provide comprehensive event management and production services for this workshop. The selected company will work closely with UNCDF’s programme team and the events organizing team to ensure seamless event execution, delivering high-quality audiovisual production, stage design, branding, video coverage, photography, and media coordination to ensure a seamless flow of the event.

The events services provider will be responsible for delivering full-service production for the three -day workshop. Event set-up should be completed on the day before the event.
