RFQ for Goods/Services for establishing of (BPA) for Printing services & Visibility Items to UNOPS Office in Kabul, Afghanistan

Dear Sir/Madam,

The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a Quotation (RFQ) for Goods/Services for establishing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Provision of Printing services & Visibility Items to UNOPS Office in Kabul, Afghanistan in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Based on the result of this bidding exercise, UNOPS intends to enter into a non-exclusive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the successful bidder for the procurement of printing services and visibility items UNOPS Afghanistan for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension for another year according to the performance, fund availability and if the BPA does not exceed a maximum contract ceiling during the 12 months contract duration.  Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) guideline is provided in the Section 'Document' for Reference.

If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this RFQ and submit it to UNOPS by the deadline for quotation submission set out in Section I: RFQ Particulars.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system via the UNGM portal.
