Fully Managed MFP Cloud Print Solution

United Nations Volunteers (UNV) in Bonn Germany seeks a vendor to provide a fully managed Multi-Function Printer (MFP) cloud print solution. The selected vendor will oversee monitoring, managing consumables (e.g., toners), and ensuring security updates for the MFP devices. UNV ICTS shall not host any servers for this solution; thus, a fully cloud-based print management system (e.g., Printix or similar) is required.

The solution will be leased with all necessary licenses included and must support fax, print, scan, and copy functionalities. Other Bonn-based UN organizations may leverage this agreement under the same conditions.

The Long Term Agreement will have a 3-year duration.
