New amendment added #2: Revision 2Please see the changes that took place under RFQ/2025/56402 rev 2* the Section II Schedule of requirements1. Changes in Lot 2. Passenger intercity buses - 3 buses1.1.15.4 Maximum weight from 10000 kg to 12200 kgClarification - The change has been approved by the end recipient and the technical expert.Еechnical expert was as follows:"Following up on your email, I would like to confirm that the increase in the maximum weight to 12,200 kg for Lot 2 (the 3 intercity buses) is acceptable from a technical perspective. As per regulations, the maximum allowable gross vehicle weight (GVW) for buses with two axles, which we are planning to procure, is 18,000 kg to 19,000 kg. For buses with more axles, the allowable GVW is higher. Given this, the specified weight of 12,200 kg is acceptable and complies with the technical requirementsThe maximum weight requirement was adjusted from 10,000 kg to 12,200 kg to expand opportunities for potential bidders and enhance competition, rather than restrict it. We believe that this change will attract higher participation from suppliers while maintaining compliance with technical and regulatory standards.2. Changes in Lot 2 Intercity passenger buses includingItem 2.1 Passenger intercity bus 4x4 - 2 buses1.1.2.1 Seated seats (excluding driver's seat) - minimum 28, maximum 33 (previously were indicated minimum 33) Item 2.2 Passenger intercity bus 2WD with soft seats - 1 bus1.2.2.1 Seated seats (excluding driver's seat) - minimum 28, maximum 33 (previously were indicated minimum 33) Clarification - The change has been approved by the end recipient and the technical expert. After a thorough review and multiple discussions with the end user, it was agreed to amend the original specifications for Lot 2 (Passenger InterCity Buses) in order to allow greater flexibility and participation in the tender. Initially, the requirement for a minimum of 33 seats was seen as restrictive. Given that buses with seat capacities between 28 and 33 units meet the performance requirements and operational criteria, it was determined that the revised range of 28 to 33 seats would be more appropriate. This change aims to broaden the pool of potential suppliers, thus ensuring a more competitive and inclusive tender process.3. Tender extention till 04 April 2025Best regards,Iryna
