New clarification added: Dear Bidders Q1 - We have received below information from one of our Principals who is specialized in manufacturing All in One solar street lighting for your kind perusal and suggestion. QUOTE We checked the requirements and noted that beneficiary need self-cleaning system this time. We would like to suggest that they can cancel this function need because it will affect the solar panel charging function if the self-cleaning brush is stuck on the panel. It will bring the heavy burden for the whole system and it is not necessary. For solar street light, wind and rain will be the best cleaning way for solar panel, no need additional tool. We have installed in many countries all over the world and it never has any problem from the panel. Please help share the infomation to client and hope they can canclel this point. For other needs, we will be happy to fulfill and meet.Ans - please refer to RFQ_Section II_ Schedule of Requirements and RFQ_Section III_ Returanable Schedule for the specificaitons item olar street lighting

Ans 4 - No extension approved but incase of any extension it will be reflected in the esourcing portal,. Q5- What the Period of validity of Quotation, we do not have "Section I: RFQ Particulars" , we have " RFQ_Section 1_ Instruction to Bidders"Ans 5 - Please refer to Partricaulre tab - Quotation validity period in days - Quotation validity is 120 Day. Q6- Due the materials are "all in one solar street lights", May be we can not provide the manufactring name and contact datels of PV panel and Battery, But we insure teh compiance in all the tecnical dateils. Kindly advise in this matter.Ans 6 - No, please adhera to the specificiaotns and requirement in RFQ_Section III_ Returanable Q7- from the The RFQ_Section II_ Schedule of Requirements "The remote control must display all functions of the solar street lighting system such as System Warranty and Protection setting, Controller cut-off voltage, Charging current limit, Discharging current limit....etc." shall be a display screen on the remote control, and 1 remote control per each solar light? or instead of screen the data may written in sticker label on the remote control.Ans 7 - The display is requriment referance to the specs in RFQ_Section III_ Returanable 8.3 please adhere to the needed specs. Q8 -Does the Hybrid all-in-one system inclouding the Poles as well? Ans 8 - Please refer to RFQ_Section II_ Returanable and RFQ_Section III_ Returanable as the specs in items No 001 no poles requrired.

New amendment added #1: The purpose of this amendment is:Update the criteria for Qualification criteria - Criteria 3.2. Update- RFQ_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms - Form D Amend the qualifications criteria by consolidating the financial criteria into a single line in the criteria tab and removing lines 3.4 and 3.5 related to financial criteria.Add RFQ_Section II_ Criteria.Upload pre bid meeting minutes. Therefore please note the following changesThe Esourcing Criteria tab amended: Stage: 3. Qualification criteria - Criteria 3.2 to read as '' Previous experience: The bidder should have successfully completed at least two (2) similar projects within the last five (5) years from the date of the bid opening. At least one of the previous contracts should be a minimum of USD 100,000 value. (Similar means: Solar system Supplies or Solar Equipment Supplies) In case of Joint Venture (JV), all joint venture members combined must meet it. Amend the qualifications criteria by consolidating the financial criteria into a single line in the criteria tab and removing lines 3.4 and 3.5 related to financial criteria.E-socuring Document tab to update and read as: Prebid meeting minutes.Add - RFQ_Section II_ CriteriaAmendment 001_RFQ_Section_III_Returnable Bidding FormsAll other terms and conditions remain the same.

New clarification added: Dear Bidder Q1 - Referring to the qualification criteria you mentioned which reads the bidder should have successfully completed at least two (2) similar projects at least one of the previous contracts should be a minimum of USD 100,00 value. (Similar means Solar Led Lighting). This is to inform you that our entity has successfully implemented several solar driven projects except solar Street lightings. Due to the fact your RFQ is based on only supply and delivery of AC/DC solar street light AIO Therefore, we suggest if this request can be reviewed to be able to take part in the bidding.Ans 1 - Please refer to the update in esourcing amendment 001 - Qualificaitons criteira

New clarification added: Dear Bidder Q1 Please share the drawings for the lighting pole with its base .Ans 1 - This is a supply not an installation therefore no drawings. Q2 Please share the comparative technical questionnaire formAns 2 - This tender is for supply not intallation therefore no technical questionnaire, please refer to Form C schedual of requirment.

New clarification added: Dear Bidder Q1 - Kindly provide us with the answers to the inquiries mentioned below:-Q1 -A - In the BoQs, the composition is not specified, please explain.Ans 1- A - This is not clear what is required. Q2 - Does the lighting include the supply of its iron columns?Ans 2 - Please refer to Schedule II and Returable Schedule III form C for the needed specs, no columns are required. Q3 -A - Are there any construction and electrical works related to the supply of lighting?Ans 3 - A - This is a supply, not an installation therefore no construction works Q4 -A - Is there a customs exemption for materials supplied from abroad?Ans 4 - A - UNOPs will provide an exemption to the awarded supplier.
