The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: Advise the PMNCH Secretariat and the PMNCH Board on the development of the Theory of Change and a Monitoring, Reporting, Evaluation, and Learning Framework (MRELF), to underpin PMNCH’s 2026 to 2030 Strategy.
