Content Creation for the Jamaica Council for Persons with Disabilities Mobile App

PURPOSE: Creation of Animations and Voice Overs for JCPD Mobile App

BACKGROUND: UNICEF has been working with the JCPD to modernize services within the Social Protection System related to Persons with Disabilities. Among the key areas identified for sustainable support is enhancing its Information System via a Mobile Application. The App will facilitate persons with disabilities accessing services offered by a web-based Information System, with alerts from the mobile app having the ability to be audible, visual, and tactile.

Explainer Video

To support accessibility and inclusivity a series of Explainer Videos are to be developed to make the Mobile Application content more accessible, providing guidance, and foster independent learning and interaction for users with different needs. The Explainer Videos should combine animation, live-action, or motion graphics with clear narratives to make the content more approachable and visually appealing.

SUBMISSION: Interested content creators should submit:

A/ Technical Proposal in a PDF Format document titled “[CompanyName]_JCPDMobileApp” including:

1. A portfolio of previous animations and voice over projects.
2. A proposed approach to the project, including a high-level timeline and methodology. (not exceeding 4 pages)
3. Contact details for at least 3 related references. (contact numbers and email addresses)

B/ Detailed Budget for producing the three animations in a PDF Format document titled “[CompanyName]_JCPDMobileApp_Budget”
