Building B_Staff House AB-100_Updated 241203 - "this drawing replaces/supersedes the drawing Building B_Staff House AB-100 issued initially. New amendment added #3: Dear Bidders, Please be informed that new amendment has been issued in reference to ITB/2024/54791 as follows:The deadline for submission of bids has been extended from 12th December 2024 to 20th December 2024. The deadline for clarifications has similarly been extended from 5th December 2024 to 13th December 2024. The minutes and a copy of the presentation of the pre-bid meeting held via Google Meet on 29th November 2024 has been uploaded under the 'Documents' section in eSourcing, accessible to all biders. Take note accordingly.

New clarification added: Question No. 4: We note in the ITB, article 10, Site Inspection is refwerenced in the particulars, however it does not specify as a mendatory for the bidder to participate in the site visit. Answer No.4: Site inspection, as well as the online pre-bid meeting, are not mandatory. Bidders can still fully participate in this ITB regardless of whether they took part in the site inspection / pre-bid meeting or not.

New clarification added: Question No. 1: Regarding the Document Checklist, 27th Item for last 5 years experiences in PNG or Small Island States in Pacific. Please clarify if we can refer the experiences in Singapore?Answer No.1: This item related to experince in Small Island States in Pacific is intended to reflect the Tenderers' experience in working in similar contexts to PNG. To this end, we would not consider Singapore as a Small Island State in Pacific.Question No. 2: According to the ITB doc 1 of GENERAL COMBINE SET Rev T0, there's a SITE 3 FAECAL SLUDGE TREATMENT. Since we cannot find this SITE 3 works in the design details and BOQ, please clarify PROJECT SITE 3 FAECAL SLUDGE TREATMENT is part of this ITB-2024-54791 or not?Answer No. 2: Site 3 Faecal Sludge Treatment Facility is not part of the scope of ITB-2024-54791. Question No. 3: Considering that the engineering quantity accounting will takes some time, we hereby kindly request to extend the Deadline for Bid Submission to 19th December, 2024 07:00 UTC.Answer No.3: Whilst we appreciate the time requirements, we would maintian the Deadline for Bid Submission as 12th December 2004 at 5:00 PM PNG time (7:00 AM UTC) at this stage.

New amendment added #1: Dear Bidders,Please take note that ITB Ref: ITB/2024/54791 has been amended as follows:1. Under “Particulars” section in eSourcing: (a) The option for a site inspection has been added and prospective bidders are encouraged to participate in the site inspection inform their bids. (b) A joint Site inspection in Banz has been organized on Wednesday 27th November 2024 at 10:00am PNG time. The meeting point shall: District Administration Office, Banz, Jwaka Province. Note that bidders who wish to attend will be required to meet their own costs. Prospective bidders are required to confirm attendance to joez@unops.org by Tuesday 26 November 2024 by 4:00pm PNG time at the latest.Please be guided accordingly.
