Description

UNICEF Thailand is seeking for an institutional contractor to produce creative assets as part of ‘For Every Child, a PROMISE’ campaign.

 

Background

 

UNICEF Thailand has launched ‘For Every Child, a PROMISE’ campaign in 2023, to raise awareness on children’s issues in Thailand and around world, as well as driving donation through digital channel. The primary focus in on acquiring monthly donors.

 

While all donations are essential, securing monthly donors has become increasingly vital as it provides ongoing, sustainable support. This enables UNICEF to address the immediate needs of children while creating lasting, long-term change through continuous funding for programs benefiting children in Thailand and globally.

 

 

Objectives, Purpose & Expected results

 

UNICEF Thailand is seeking for an institutional contractor to produce creative assets as part of ‘For Every Child, a PROMISE’ campaign. The objective of the assets is to drive monthly donation via digital channel. These materials will be displayed on social platforms such as, Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.

 

There will be a minimum of four campaign heroes, and materials will be launched in phases. Therefore, each celebrity will have their own version of master video at minimum.

 

UNICEF is seeking a vendor with expertise in producing creative materials for this campaign. The awarded contractor will play a crucial role in UNICEF Thailand's most prominent and high-visibility campaigns. The contractor should bring creativity, innovation, and expertise within the Thai market.

Description of the assignment

 

The scope of the assignment of service includes but not limited to:

 

  1. Pre-Production
    • Creative service / Script / Storyboard
  2. Production service
    • Equipment / camera / lighting
    • Transportation
    • Shooting location / props / setup
    • Director and crews
    • Photoshoot
    • Stylist / Make-up
  3. Post-Production service
    • Editor
    • Color grading
    • Music library
    • Announcer
    • Final mix and master
    • Photo retouch minimum four photos per celebrity

       

 

Deliverables and Timeline

 

Deliverable 1 – Overall creative direction and execution plans

Estimated timeline: mid-January 2025

 

Deliverable 2 – Final videos and static photos with celeb #1

Estimated timeline: mid-February 2025

 

Deliverable 3 – Final videos and static photos with celeb #2

Estimated timeline: End of March 2025

 

Deliverable 4 – Final videos and static photos with celeb #3

Estimated timeline: End of April 2025

 

Deliverable 5 – Final videos and static photos with celeb #4 and combined version and PowetPoint Presentation of final key learning and recommendation after the last production shooting

Estimated timeline: End of May 2025

 

 

Reporting requirements

 

  • Pre-production meeting before each production shooting
  • Debriefing after each production shooting to improve performance on the following production.
  • Status update through online conference on weekly basis
  • PowerPoint presentation of final key learning and recommendations after last production shooting.

 

 

Location and Duration

 

  • The contract duration is tentatively from January to June 2025. A detailed workplan will be agreed between UNICEF and the awarded contractor.
  • Service period covering 5 months from January to May 2025. The additional duration is given to allow additional time for final report, invoice, and payment process.  
  • The assignment will be at the contractor’s premise. Online meetings are required.
  • Travel is expected only for shooting in Bangkok and metropolitan area.

This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system (UNGM).
